Highly recommend Lindsey Sarowitz
Our experience with Lindsey as our estate planning attorney has been wonderful. We met her by accident, when we initially sought to hire another attorney in her firm. When that attorney was unavailable due to illness, we reviewed the credentials of all firm attorneys and selected Lindsey. After our initial consultation, we knew Lindsey was the attorney for us. Through the entire process, she impressed us with her knowledge, honesty, positive attitude and patience as we asked a multitude of questions. We were happy to sign all our papers after a few months, and appreciate all that Lindsey did to get us to that point.

Best Experience with Lindsey Sarowitz
I was referred to Lindsey by a co-worker after the death of my mother. I had never had to go through the process of dealing with the administration of an estate/trust of a loved one and from start to finish the process was made so less stressful with Lindsey's knowledge and expertise in the area. I will never forget our initial conversation, she spent some time at the start asking about my mom (the person) which was such a comfort and I knew right away she was the right fit for me. She was always very responsive whenever I had a question or needed help figuring something out and always explained things in terms I could understand. We had a few complications along the way that she helped sort out that not only saved us a significant amount of money but time in settling the estate. She was professional and also very personable and I would definitely recommend her and would definitely hire her again if a need arose.

Lindsey Blair Sarowitz was absolutely the most fantastic attorney I've had the pleasure to work with. Lindsey walked me through every step of our process and assisted me with the items I needed to complete. I can't say enough good things about Lindsey. I work with attorneys on a regular basis and she is by far the most competent and easiest one I've worked with to date.

Excellent Support for First-time Trust and Related Documents
My wife and I hired Ms. Sarowitz to set up wills, revocable living trusts, health-care directives, POAs, and the other associated documents based on her company providing a course at my workplace. We were very pleased with her and her company's staff as they were very knowledgeable, generous with their time, and patient as we submitted numerous questions asking for minute details to understand everything fully and to inform our future trustees. Also, their in-office document-signing procedures were well thought out and ensured minimal risk from COVID-19 transmission. We highly recommend her services.

An excellent experience
We contacted Lindsey to revise and update our previous estate and trust papers in accordance with the recent changes in the law. The documents she prepared received unsolicited praise for clarity and comprehensiveness from another attorney involved in our estate planning process. They reflect not only an outstanding level of legal expertise, but also extensive experience in addressing the individual circumstances of the client. In our case, from the beginning and throughout the process, she has been most responsive to our own family's needs and our objectives in addressing them. She devoted time to carefully addressing our questions and was proactive in suggesting and proposing options to resolve problematic aspects of our trust. She guided us to finalization of the estate papers in a patient and supportive role. She is an excellent attorney and wonderful to work with.

Best estate planning attorney ever!
I attended a retirement seminar presented by Ms. Sarowitz and found that not only is she very knowledgeable, but she’s also a genuinely nice, caring person. After attending the seminar my wife and I had a consultation with her and immediately hired her on the spot. She made the estate planning process painless. It was well organized and she answered all of our questions in detail. I highly recommend her!

Lindsey provided the criteria per State and Federal requirements and advised what makes sense in our situation. This information helped us to make a decision. She verbally explained and re-explained till we understood. She took a genuine interest in our estate planning and remembered all the details. Lindsey is down to earth person who has the skills to get along with people. I will recommend her to my contacts anytime.

Client
Lindsey Sarowitz was extremely professional throughout the entire process of helping us with my brother and his wife's will and ultimately helping with my brother's small estate. Her prices are most reasonable. She also was available to answer many questions from me and other members of my brother's family. I highly recommend her without any reservations. We were most happy.

Outstanding legal work on small estate matter
I have nothing but the highest of recommendations for Lindsey. She helped me navigate the legal uncertainty after my wife died in early 2019 unexpectedly without a will. As I considered my options for legal representation, she made a great first impression in the initial consultation by explaining the likely options available and evincing an understanding of both my emotional and financial situation. Once hired, she competently, attentively and efficiently pursued those options to a successful result by establishing a small estate under Maryland law and guiding me through the process of administering that estate. During a time of tremendous personal grief, Lindsey made the estate work of losing a loved one as painless as could be expected. I am attorney myself (although not a probate/estate planning lawyer) and can personally attest to Lindsey's professionalism and the quality of her legal representation. I give her the highest possible recommendation.

Very Professional but more important she is Very Kind
Lindsey made a very difficult time in my life as easy as she could. Settling my mother's estate was challenging and she understood how emotional and difficult this time can be. Lindsey kept everything organized for me and was very clear on what I needed to do and when. I am especially grateful for how responsive she was. If I have ever had a question she answered my emails right away or was always willing to take a phone call. She was extremely thorough and focused on all the details. I would highly recommend her. In fact, my husband and I now plan to have Lindsey update our estate plans.

First Class Service from a Real Pro
I have worked with Attorney. Sarowitz for the past four years on the settement of two estates. Both were complicated, time consuming and demanded frequent communication and consultation. I was so impressed with her work that my wife and I have trusted her to manage our own estate. We also directed another family member who has done the same. One quality that stands out - she answers her mail immeidately. She is always available, patient and considerate. You can't go wrong.

Professional and caring
I lost my mom (my best friend) over the Christmas holidays, less than a year ago. I was referred to the firm by an attorney at my mom’s job to handle my mom’s estate. Lindsey Sarowitz was assigned as the estate administration attorney. I was very pleased with her caring attitude, while she handled the complexities of the estate. I’ve had many difficult (physically, mentally and emotionally) exhausting days but I was reassured with Lindsey’s attention to detail that we would have a good outcome. She was honest throughout the process. She kept me abreast of any obstacles along the way, as well as provided draft invoices that I requested. She provided explanations when necessary and made it her duty to try to keep the costs down. She offered to make correspondence with others on my behalf but also asked if I needed assistance prior to doing so. Lindsey demonstrated empathy and was interested in knowing how I was doing. She saw me as a person and spoke to me about other things that mattered to me such as my newly adopted dog Sammy, who is helping me with this grieving process. This has been the most difficult time in my life and I’m glad that Lindsey was there to provide support and guidance. While she maintained a professional demeanor throughout the process, I never once felt as if I was just a client.
