We curse the day we hired this man
Not thourough. Does not listen. Tells ridiculous anecdotes to ease your mind while ignoring your case. Will throw you under the bus and take your money. In our opinion, if you value your property and land, do not hire this man.

Not a fighter
Seemingly nice man. But, when you're spending thousands of dollars fighting for your property, 'nice' is not what you need. If you have a land issue (easment or otherwise) this is not your man.
