Custody and Child support!!

My ex was running from child for so long... He went several years without helping with our child. After 3 years he finally showed up to court with an lawyer wanting full custody. Before I hired Rocio I was searching many experienced lawyers. The first time I sat down and spoke with her I knew she was... the ONE. JUST AS I THOUGHT SHE GAVE ME JUSTICE. Not only did u win the custody battle as primary but she demanded retroactive child support. Thank you so much for being patient with my case as well as my emotional rollercoaster. It was my first time ever experiencing hiring an attorney. I was very pleased with her choice of actions in and outside the courts. Not only do I thank you but you have saved my son life.

The only painless part of a painful period in my life

I retained Rocio Cervantes to help me file and finalize my divorce in August, 2016. She could not have been more professional or understanding, and made the process of obtaining a divorce decree as pain-free as possible. I really cannot stress how grateful I am to her. I was incredibly stressed at th...e time, both overworked and emotionally exhausted. Rocio took a huge burden off my shoulders, helped me navigate the legal system, and took care of some things that, frankly, I likely would not have been capable of handling myself, given the state I was in. God forbid you find yourself in the unenviable position of having to file for a divorce, but if you do, you really can't hope to have a better attorney and person in your corner. Highly, highly recommended!
