Outstanding service!!

I contacted Mr. Jarvis for a non-disclosure. Lisa was the paralegal that helped through every step. Before they asked or payment, they diligently contacted the county to make sure I was eligible. After I paid I was told the court date was April 22nd. Today is March 24th and the courts have already ap...proved the non-disclosure. I did not have to appear to court. I did not have to meet with anyone. Lisa kept me updated through email every step of the way. I highly recommend their services.

False Assault Charges

Several years ago, a family member was falsely accused of assault. We were devastated that anyone in the family would be falsely accused, after living our whole lives honorably. We never expected to need a criminal defense attorney. Bob Jarvis took the case and he proved to the jury that it was a ...false charge. The verdict was Not Guilty. Years later, another family member was falsely accused of a much more serious charge, sexual assault of a teenager. The first name we thought to contact was Bob Jarvis. Again, he took the case and it went to trial. Bob thoroughly cross-examined the Prosecution witnesses and proved to the jury that the accusation was false. The jury returned a Not Guilty verdict. We are very grateful to Bob Jarvis and his staff.

You absolutely will not find a better law firm! They will make sure to take the time to research all aspects of your case an get you the justice you deserve. I hired Bob for a very difficult felony case that took a lot of research an in the end got all charges dismissed. Not only did they make sure t...o do the best for the client, him and his staff also truly care about me and all the family members involved. He and his staff also kept us very informed through the whole process and were always available to answer questions.

Trustworthy and caring attorney

Mr. Jarvis is the attorney you want on your side and to handle your case. We hired Mr. Jarvis for a criminal case and he not once was judgemental and he did his best and succeeded in getting us the best outcome for the situation. He cares very much for his clients and puts his heart into it and doesn...'t put anything less than 100% into the case. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a criminal defense attorney. You won't get better than him.
