I sought attorney services with Myles Porter after I was arrested in June 2010 for DWI with open container and Possession of a Dangerous Drug. I Hired Myles because he was the former DA of Fannin County and I knew he was well respected in the judicial community. I am so glad I chose Myles Porter as my attorney. He negotiated well on my behalf and was able to get the DWI dismissed breaking down the DA's case one step at a time and left no stone uncovered. The breath analyzer didn't work because it malfunctioned, no video because it malfunctioned, no 911 witnesses and no 911 video recording.
