Several years ago, a family member was falsely accused of assault. We were devastated that anyone in the family would be falsely accused, after living our whole lives honorably. We never expected to need a criminal defense attorney. Bob Jarvis took the case and he proved to the jury that it was a ...false charge. The verdict was Not Guilty. Years later, another family member was falsely accused of a much more serious charge, sexual assault of a teenager. The first name we thought to contact was Bob Jarvis. Again, he took the case and it went to trial. Bob thoroughly cross-examined the Prosecution witnesses and proved to the jury that the accusation was false. The jury returned a Not Guilty verdict. We are very grateful to Bob Jarvis and his staff.

Bob and his wife Kim represented my husband in Tarrant County on what started off as a 25 years to life, without parole case. After 9 months they were able to get the charges reduced and the time reduced to where my husband will be eligible for parole in 3 1/2 years. Miraculous!
