He always let me know both the financial and time realities as they impacted my case at various times. When my wife realized at one point that we were in an extremely time sensitive moment in my case, she was able to contact him easily, and was calmed not only by his words, but with action that greatly benefited me. I never felt taken advantage of financially and felt that he was always fair, forthright, and honest with all his dealings with me. I cannot recommend Mr. Hartley highly enough to you. His is in my estimation not only a very fine person, but is no doubt at the very top of his profession.
