Richard L. Hartley

After much time spent researching lawyers in my area, I am so glad I decided on Richard Hartley. He has a great level of expertise of the legal system. He demonstrated compassion and empathy when interacting with me. He explained the process, discussed my options, and gave expert advice so that I t...rusted him completely. When I had questions he responded in a very timely manner. He always listened to my concerns never making me feel rushed. I could not have handled this matter without him. Thanks to him my case resulted in a dismissal without even appearing in court. I will be forever grateful to him. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing legal help. He is the best and certainly the most knowledgeable.

I felt that Mr. Hartley was in my corner, and took the time to clearly understand my case. He was available when I asked questions, answered them thoroughly until I understood them, and gladly included my wife to answer all her questions, even long before the case came up in the courtroom. He was spe...cific as to the documents and written work he needed from me, and kept them in an orderly and secure fashion. He also took the time to research out specifics of my case, then delivered on all that he said he was going to do and then some. He was rock steady and level in the courtroom, and I felt well represented. Mr. Hartley worked well and effectively with with the local DA, Deputy DA, and other parties that were influential to my case. He well argued my position in the courtroom, had a strong sense of wanting to see genuine justice given, which rendered a most favorable outcome for me. The second time we appeared in the courtroom, Mr. Hartley clearly argued and understood State precedents germaine to my case. He always let me know both the financial and time realities as they impacted my case at various times. When my wife realized at one point that we were in an extremely time sensitive moment in my case, she was able to contact him easily, and was calmed not only by his words, but with action that greatly benefited me. I never felt taken advantage of financially and felt that he was always fair, forthright, and honest with all his dealings with me. I cannot recommend Mr. Hartley highly enough to you. His is in my estimation not only a very fine person, but is no doubt at the very top of his profession.
