Mr. Hartley did an excellent job from start to finish while guiding me through the Judicial process of being charged with a Criminal OUI. He provided a clear and concise outline of the situation as a whole, and possible next steps. He effectively communicated different options and what the implic...ations/outcomes of those options could be. He inspired confidence through his knowledge and actions which instilled trust in my family and I. During the trial itself, he exuded confidence and seemed to be in control of the court room while illustrating his points to the Jurors. I am very pleased with Mr. Hartley's service. As a non-resident of Maine and someone who never had a run-in with the law before, I was completely lost when I needed help after a theft incident.
