Richard L. Hartley

I am very pleased with Mr. Hartley's service. As a non-resident of Maine and someone who never had a run-in with the law before, I was completely lost when I needed help after a theft incident. I contacted Hartley Law after a bit of research, and he walked me through the legal process over the pho...ne and answered all my questions. I felt like I would be in good hands so I decided to hire his services. From the start he made himself available, was prompt with his communications, and answered all my questions (as did his assistant). All the while he handled all communications with the legal/court system and I did not need to return to Maine. While the uncertainty of my case outcome loomed over me, I never once felt uncertainty in Mr. Hartley. I believed he would help me achieve the best resolution possible. And in the end that's what he did - He was able to help resolve my case without any "permanent damage" and I am beyond grateful for that. While others may charge a lower price, I don't think you can put a price on preventing a criminal record, and Mr. Hartley is a great chance at doing just that. I would highly recommend his services!
