Legal Proficiency

Richard represented and protected my husband from a frivolous allegation resulting in a criminal charge. He was attentive and prepared through every part of the legal process. In the end, the case was dismissed due to "insufficient evidence".

Best OUI lawyer-hands down

He is a fair lawyer who knows his job and does not BS you. He did win my oui case in a judge trial. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. Seriously this is the guy you want representing you.

I thought there was no hope

Mr. Hartley is a great lawyer who helped me get out of a oui. He was professional and exceeded my expectations. He made a fool of the state and was not timid in the courtroom. If you need a lawyer to fight for you, I would highly recommend.

Best possible outcome

Recommended to me as one of the best OUI lawyers in the area and it proved to be true. As many legal cases are confusing, I felt I had a grip during the entire 10 month process. The outcome of the case was complete dismissal, and even if it weren't so I would recommend Mr. Hartley because I knew he w...ould best represent my case. Mr. Hartley helped ease the stress of the entire process as he handled everything timely, professionally, and was readily available to guide me through the process. I had the best possible outcome of an OUI case and I do attribute it to having Mr. Hartley as a lawyer.
