Lifesaver!

Rachel was just awesome! She worked with me on my divorce case and helped me get out of a terrible situation. She knew what steps to take and helped me make some tough decisions. I would work with her again but hope I don't need to!

Wonderful attorney in child custody case

I hired Ms. Lambert to represent me in a child custody case. The issues in my case were complicated and difficult. She was great to work with and the end result was something I was happy with. I would hire her again if I ever need to.

Excellent divorce representation

I hired Rachel to handle my divorce. She was able to work with my spouse to reach an agreement on the case in a quick and fair way. She was easy to speak with and made me understand the whole process, even though it was an emotional time. I was happy with her and would recommend her to anyone going t...hrough a divorce.

Disappointed

I worked with Rachel on three separate cases over a period of two years. She was a relatively new attorney and showed great empathy in a very painful case that involved my daughter's suicide. Rachel was also willing to take on cases in which she had little to no experience. The trade off was that she... left my first case half finished. By the second case, she stopped returning phone calls. When I tried to leave a message I found her voice mail full (never a good sign). She did a "fair" job on that case, but she could have done much better with a little more effort. The third case was a disaster. Right from the start, she failed to return calls. I asked her point blank if she would rather I found another attorney, but she assured me that she enjoyed working with me. And yet she did and said things that made me question whether she was on my side. I began to distrust her. She finally admitted she didn't like me and withdrew from my case during a critical time AFTER filing a motion without bothering to get a court date for it, which left me hanging for weeks. Rachel was never a great attorney, but the fact that she was sweet and compassionate made up for it. She's still not a great attorney, but she's also become petty and doesn't even try to do a good job if she doesn't like you, but only after she's gone through your retainer and charged you a few thousand more. All in all, I'd have to say I'm disappointed.

Very Caring and Trustworthy

I hired Rachel back in July of 2017 after I had been arrested for a DUI. She was very caring and trustworthy throughout the whole process. I had a lot of nerves and worries throughout this process along with how my future was going to play out. She made me feel at ease that everything was going to tu...rn out in my favor, which it did. She was able to get my charge lessened to a much better deal and I was not convicted of a DUI. I cannot thank her enough for what she did for me. If any legal issues were to come my way again, I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again. I couldn't be more pleased with her work.
