This is by far the worst attorney i ve ever had. I m not even sure she knows what shes doing or what the law really is. She acted like she did a ton of work to get a standard offer i was already told i would get long before i spoke with her, very deceitful also. I was cleared for a work detail while ...going thru court and she was supposed to be at court and sent someone in her place, needless to say i ended up woth a warrant and the she wanted to charge me to clear up a mistake she caused. She cleared me to leave and s caused a issue. In her contract it states if she has another attorney stand in for her or has someone handle a duty it comes out of the retainer set forth. Instead she tried to charge me the fee.

I find it funny reading these reviews that they are almost word for word written by the same person. I would have to honestly say i agree with the reviews at the bottom. I was given the same treatment. Wouldnt return calls, sent someone else in her place to handle my case then attempted to charge me ...for such a service. It clearly states in the contract she would absorb charges if she wasnt able to make it and had someone else stand in. I would have to guess that she had people in her office write these reviews. I fired her shortly after i started my case. I was told of her style and i actually watched that first 48 case where she looked lost and out classed. Even though i m out money i got out before it got worse. She had acted like she had worked hard to get my deal much like these other people below but when i got my new attorney , he told me much like others had that it was a standard deal. Its actually amazing how little she did but charged for it. I would NEVER recommend her but i would recommend AGAINST her as i have to anyone who needed a lawyer. She needs to go back to school and learn how to defend her clients and be honest. If you want real reviews on her watch the show she was in (first 48) and see for yourself or catch one of her cases in court. I did both.... I got out in time i would avoid this person like the plague, she doesnt help the problem she gets paid to make it tougher and worse. I would invite you to really do your homework on her and her cases and you ll see the bad reviews arent bad they are truthful!

I have used Pia's services on and off for over ten years. She has helped me at least 5 times and I highly recommend this attorney. Various problems I brought to her for myself and members of my family include: child custody matters, child visitation problems, financial suit that went to trial, rent...er/landlord issues, DWI in Dallas county. She has won 3 out of 4 cases straight out and the fourth she was able to significantly reduce charges, through a tenacious argument on a point of law. I didn't think she had a leg to stand on, but she convinced them. If you want a strong fighter on your side of the room, she's fit's the bill.

When I went in for my consultation with Ms. Rodriguez, I was in her office for about an hour. She was very helpful in explaining to me how the court system works, what my range of punishment was, what my options were, as far as accepting any offer I would receive or if I would want to take my case to... trial. I ended up hiring her to handle my case. Every time I would call her office, her staff was always so helpful and they as well knew what was going on with my case. She also informed me that she handles other areas of law such as family, civil, immigration, tickets, etc. From my experience I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend her to anyone needing assistance with a legal matter!!!

She is not aware of your case when she speaks to you. She does,nt let you are believe you when you try and explain your case. She 's weak in the court room and doesn't fight for you Just goes alone with DA,s decision. She talks down to you never did I get visit in jail before court.She isn,t a boar...d certi crimal attorney. She just doesn't care about you. Not someone I would ever let handle ANOTHER CASE OF MINE i WOULD NOT REFER HER TO ANY ONE
