Domestic Violence 25%

These are serious cases which have serious collateral damage if not handled properly. Only two outcomes are acceptable-not guilty trials or dismissals. Generally speaking any other result is worthless.

Juvenile Law 25%

More than any other area of law it is important to have an attorney who is an expert in the juvenile field. Though juvenile is similar to criminal law it is not the same. A case handled poorly will affect your child for the rest of his or her life.

Criminal Defense 20%

I have handled and tried cases involving Murder, Aggravated Robbery, Injuries to Children, Drugs and all type of Sexual offenses. I have had over 100 felony jury trials, as a defense attorney and only a defense attorney.

Zero star rating. POOREST

This is my zero star review. In my opinion I would not hire this lawyer. I read some Google reviews where he was threatening legal action on innocent bystanders for posting bad reviews on him and exercising their freedom of speech. So im sure the real truth of bad reviews are being suppressed by ...this guy. BEWARE!!!

DO NOT HIRE!

This guy does NOT deserve even a one star rating. I made the mistake of relying on these " suspect" good reviews online about this attorney Brian Willet.....and I regret hiring this guy. He couldn't even obtain a police report over several months

Amazing

He responded very quickly and with a very clear answer to my questions, he was very detailed in telling me where I would be in the right and wrong.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
