Excellant Attorney

Hiring Phil Shanahan as our Criminal attorney was one of the best decisions we could have made. Mr. Shanahan and his Paralegal Richard were always willing and able to answer any and all of our questions. If they did not have the answer immediately they both worked hard to find the answer and got back... to us as quickly as possible and in a reasonable amount of time. They were very knowledgeable with regards to all rules as well as the procedures of our case, and they were always able to answer our questions in such a way which made sense to us. Phi Shanahan and Richard Hall showed integrity, honesty and compassion throughout our case. I would strongly recommend Mr. Shanahan to anyone seeking legal counsel.

Couldn't Be Happier

Hiring Mr. Shanahan and his paralegal Richard was the best thing that I could have done for my case. My OUI case was looking pretty grim, yet these gentlemen got me down to state minimums with their hard work. They were willing to take my calls and answer my questions thoroughly and accurately. " Simply the best"

Let's hypothetically say the Andy Griffith show had to have a lawyer in its perfect little town of Mayberry, Phil Shanahan would be that guy. At the first moment Of walking into his office there is a sense of calm and understanding to each individuals circumstance. Phillip Shanahan prides himself ...at surrounding his office with the most elite knowledgeable staff and always goes the extra mile at helping you understand all of the details in your case. Mr. Shanahan is not prejudice or bias and always helps you feel at ease when you're at a high stress level due to a criminal matter. I am very happy with the work Phil and his staff did for me during my process of overcoming my DUI. I feel I just didn't get a lawyer out of the deal I got a friend too. Excellent, Hardworking, Knowledgable Lawyer
