Patricia Issberner

I have used numerous lawyers in the past and nobody compares to Patricia Issberner. She has helped me resolve issues with my ex that have come up years after my divorce. I would never use anyone else ever again! She is extremely intelligent, and has an amazing way of putting me at ease through a stre...ssful situation with my ex. In one court appearance she had the case dismissed, meanwhile other attorney's that I spoke with beforehand thought I was in for a long, expensive battle with my ex again. She knows family law inside and out! This lawyer is a blessing to my family. DO NOT HIRE ANYONE ELSE! I am telling you for the first time in 9 years I finally have a lawyer that I love. I met Patricia Issberner when she was a Law Guardian on my case. I was 17, a few years ago,  and my younger sister only 14. Both of my parents contested custody. She interviewed me, my sister, my parents, and even my Uncle. It was clear to me that custody should go to my Father, but my Mother would h...ave been humiliated by losing custody of her children. It was truly a horrible case where the children were stuck in the middle. I googled her name because I was thinking about her the other day, and how she basically saved our lives by recommending my father get custody, and noticed this website where you can leave reviews. I can say that I truly think that she is the best attorney anywhere. She took so much time to investigate and was so good with my little sister. I thought the interview with my little sister would be a disaster but Patricia made it so easy. She warmed up to her so quickly. She also eased the tension between my parents and made my mother feel better about the outcome of the case. It’s been a few years now, but without Patricia Issberner advocating for me and my little sister, our lives could have been ruined. She had to argue with both of my parent’s attorney’s and at one point the Judge wanted to talk to us in her chambers and Patricia made sure we saw what the chambers looked like before we ever went in. She told us that it was going to be just the judge the law guardian and one child at a time. She made us feel comfortable in a very formal setting. The attorney’s were constantly arguing and she tried to keep the peace, but she would not have it-my Father was getting custody, which was THE BEST IDEA. There was a trial and Patricia was amazing. Mrs. Issberner took on my case during a chance encounter without hesitation. During the course of my case she became more than my lawyer, she became a friend that I will have forever. She handled my case with my interest and those of my children as the most important matters. She was able to be conta...cted whenever I needed to speak and so were the people at her office. Her knowledge of law coupled with her presence in the courtroom is amazing. Not only did she handle my case professionally, but with a passion and drive that was second to none. Either in her office or on the phone, she gave me her full attention and insight sometimes for hours. My case took more than six months to resolve and every day she was available. RESOLUTE! That would be how I would describe Patricia Issberner. I came upon Pat after being with another counsel for 1.5 years. With that other "lawyer" I realized that I was just running in a hamster wheel going month-after-month to court for no apparent reason. I did not know what was happ...ening in my case because I seldom received any contact from him. Unreturned phone calls, unreturned emails, barely a peep. I was gullible and inexperienced with the law and process to say the very least. I met Pat on the advice of a fellow colleague. Before I walked into her office I had all but resigned to losing my case. I left her office after a 3 hour first consultation with renewed hope and a feeling that Pat really cared about my needs, and my daughter's safety. I was recommended by a trusted friend, but was apprehensive to change attorneys in the middle of my case. I thought it could not hurt to schedule a consultation. The first time I called Patricia's office, her associate informed me that she would not be available for approximately two weeks. As time... was of the essence, I decided to call another attorney and schedule a consultation. As luck would have it, there was a snowstorm on the day that I was scheduled to meet that attorney. I tried unsuccessfully to reach his office to reschedule and they did not call me to reschedule. I felt this was unprofessional and decided to call Patricia's office once again. This was definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made. Patricia is an amazing attorney, as well as a very caring and genuine individual. She has a great work ethic and is really dedicated to getting what her client wants! As someone who worked with attorneys for 20 years, I am well aware of the rather unsavory reputation they have as a profession, but Patricia is definitely not your typical attorney. She is a great listener and really understands how her work will affect her client's life and continually kept me apprised of any new developments in my case. I am completely satisfied with her extremely professional demeanor and the way she was able to stand by my side with a caring spirit to guide me through a very difficult time.
