James R. Winkler

James Winkler is currently representing me in a divorce after a very long marriage that ended when my husband abandoned me emotionally and financially. The settlement papers are signed and we are waiting for the final decree. Mr. Winkler is my second attorney. The first attorney didn't return any ...of my telephone calls, refused to meet with me before a 4 way meeting , and let me walk into the meeting scared and unprepared.
