IMMIGRATION:
Olga has years of experience helping employees, investors, families, and businesses navigate complex U.S. Immigration Laws. Never forgetting her own experience as an immigrant, Olga’s primary focus is providing each client with a clear understanding of the immigration process as well as applicable tax dispute resolution strategies, and a realistic assessment of the results that can be achieved. Each client expects and is entitled to an honest evaluation.
Specifically, Olga advises clients seeking to obtain non-immigrant and immigrant visas (green cards). She also counsels clients in the areas of employment-based, investment, and family-based visas, and in other immigration matters. Olga assists with the adjustment of status, asylum and citizenship applications, as well as consular processing and other issues.

Olga represents taxpayers in a wide variety of tax disputes involving the IRS: federal tax audits, liens, levies, wage garnishments, tax penalty abatement, collections, installment agreements, offers in compromise, client’s eligibility for currently not collectible status, innocent spouse tax debt relief. Olga also advises taxpayers on tax planning and permissible deductions, IRS tax compliance, and represents taxpayers in the U.S. Tax Court.

Small business tax trouble
