Robert C Graham

Graham was born in Tucson, Arizona, on November 14, 1964. He attended Mesa Community College before transferring to Brigham Young University, where in 1989 he graduated with a B.A. in Journalism and Communications. He was subsequently hired by IBM as a product analyst, and later worked for Novell in program development.

He then attended J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young, graduating with his Juris Doctorate in 1992. While there, he received the law school faculty's Award for Distinguished Service. In 1992 he was admitted to bar in the Nevada and U.S. District Court in the District of Nevada.

After graduation he was hired by Jimmerson, Davis & Santoro as an associate attorney. There he practiced business law and litigation. The nationally known litigator James J. Jimmerson became his mentor, and Graham learned how to represent celebrities and well-known personalities before Nevada courts. He later established Kerr & Graham, an estate litigation boutique law firm. In 1994, he joined his wife and several other attorneys in a larger firm of Hoskin Graham & Wilde. This firm later evolved into Graham, Wilde, Harker & Boggess.

In 2001, Rob Graham split from the larger firm to focus on probate, estate planning, bankruptcy and probate litigation. The firm is currently known as Rob Graham & Associates, and they have primary offices in Las Vegas, Nevada and St. George, Utah, the states where the firm is licensed to practice. They also have an executive branch office in Henderson, Nevada. The firm has represented clients such as Walgreens, Wells Fargo Bank, Sahara Casino and Resorts, Preference Technologies, Inc., Diversified Dental Services, Inc., Paragon Productions, First Source Bank, Direct Equity Mortgage, Mercy Ambulance, Allen Advertising, 365, Inc. (Paul Mitchell Hair Products), and Broadway Entertainment, Inc. The firm also represents well-known entertainers and business personalities, including Sharon Stone, Hunter Tylo, Tony Orlando, and Nathan Stern.

In early June 2010, Graham and his wife were sworn in to practice before the Supreme Court by Justice Roberts.

Graham's legal and political commentary has been published in the Nevada Law Review, Clark County Bar Association Communique and has been quoted and interviewed by national and local news organizations including MSNBC, The National Review, and Politico. 

In 1985 he married Linda Graham, another future attorney, and together they now have three children Mackenzie, Abe, and Caryn Graham. Abe Graham is an athlete who plays baseball, basketball, and football. Rob Graham later went on to own a pizza bakery called Slice of Tuscany in St.George, Utah. He now lives in Las Vegas, Nevada and works as an attorney at Rob Graham and Associates.
