I was in a spot, I had a timeline that was not particularly well thought out and I needed legal advice and direction in a pretty big hurry to help protect my interests. I called Amanda's office. Amanda had excellent communication skills with us for planning our will and our best real estate ownership option. It was clear what we needed to do, and she answered any of our questions precisely. Amanda was hired to litigate in an estate suit where the Personal Representative had violated WI law and did not properly serve the beneficiaries. After the initial consultation with Amanda, my brother and I knew we had the right attorney as we needed someone with that killer instinct to go into ...the courtroom and try to make things right for the beneficiaries. Amanda and her staff did their due diligence in gathering legal facts and background information, and I'm happy to say that during the Hearing because of her tenacious and rightful questioning, made the PR breakdown and cry. (After all the PR put us through without apology, was very satisfying to see.) In the end, it is always in the hands of a judge; we won on several points and got most of what we desired reconciled to the law. With that said, we are extremely satisfied with the outcome and have no regrets in pursing this and were fortunate to have Amanda take our case and kick some butt on our behalf.
