Chirag helped us with both the sale transaction of our existing condo unit and the purchase transaction of the new condo unit in Hudson County, NJ. There were a couple of sticking points with the buyer which delayed the closing of the other transaction, but Chirag was able to negotiate through the issues in a calm and professional manner to get both transactions done without any problem. He was very quick to respond to emails and (when he was not attending another closing) available even in the evenings to speak by phone. His rates are very competitive, but we found the level of service to be much higher than other providers. My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Chirag and his team and we highly recommend him for real estate transactions.
