We used Chirag to purchase our apartment as per a recommendation from a realtor friend. Chirag was a huge disappointment as he had a great relationship with the building's coop board lawyer and it was clearly apparent his priority wasn't advocating for what we needed and asked, but rather to keep hi...s relationship intact and positive with the building as he would likely have much more business with them in the future. He rolled over for all of their asks and his attention to our needs were pathetically down played. I would NEVER use him again or recommend him.

We have used Chirag to buy our first home in New Jersey and then sell it again 3 years later. My opinion is that he is absolutely fantastic to work with. He is friendly, fast, attentive, and knowledgeable.
