I was really pleased with the assistance and advice provided by Chirag Patel. I needed someone who could work with my elderly mother and myself as she moved from the home she lived in for 60 years into a retirement community condominium. Chirag was available for all of our questions, concerns, and is...sues. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, above-board, and most importantly, compassionate to my mother's special needs. I asked a lot of questions (I'm a bit of a pain!) but Chirag answered each one quickly and competently. He negotiated issues related to my mother's new condo purchase and helped us through every step. A few unexpected issues happened at closing, and he was there, patient as ever, to help us resolve them. He was a calming presence during a very emotional time for my widowed mother. She's now happily in her new home and Chirag helped make that happen. I cannot recommend him enough!

We recently sold our home using Chirag as our lawyer. Everyone in his office was extremely helpful, professional and efficient. Selling a house is never easy but Mr. Patel and his associates were there every step of the way. Whenever we had a question, they were easy to access via email or phone. Th...ey had to do more than the usual for the home sale and they did everything that needed, letting us know what was going on at all times. I really can't say enough about them. Selling a home is stressful but they were right there for every question. They anticipating problems and were extremely good at communicating. I'd highly, highly recommend them.

Chirag helped us with both the sale transaction of our existing condo unit and the purchase transaction of the new condo unit in Hudson County, NJ. Chirag was responsive, personable, and very thorough in his review of the contract documents. Whenever there was a potential issue, Chirag made sure to... advise in advance so that there would not be any surprises later. There were a couple of sticking points with the buyer which delayed the closing of the other transaction, but Chirag was able to negotiate through the issues in a calm and professional manner to get both transactions done without any problem. He was very quick to respond to emails and (when he was not attending another closing) available even in the evenings to speak by phone. His rates are very competitive, but we found the level of service to be much higher than other providers. My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Chirag and his team and we highly recommend him for real estate transactions.
