There were a couple of sticking points with the buyer which delayed the closing of the other transaction, but Chirag was able to negotiate through the issues in a calm and professional manner to get both transactions done without any problem. He was very quick to respond to emails and (when he was not attending another closing) available even in the evenings to speak by phone. His rates are very competitive, but we found the level of service to be much higher than other providers. I have no idea what he discussed with the seller's attorney, because when I had a question, he told me he would get back to me, and he never did. I am convinced that with a slightly better lawyer, we would have been able to buy the property.
