Marybeth has been my attorney for several years and my family has used her for a variety of things. We have purchased property, gone through child custody issues, had some minor criminal issues and even did some estate planning. Marybeth has always been able to help us (or to refer us to someone wh...o can). I am fortunate to have an attorney I can call if I just have a quick question or need to know if an issue is more serious than I think it might be. I used Marybeth for a divorce and custody case and loved her! She discussed all of my options with me and we talked about how much all the options would cost. I appreciated her honesty and she talked about all the pros/cons, as well as the possible outcomes. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and... would recommend her to anyone.

Hired Mary Beth she did not do anything to help our case she would not listen to any of our suggestions and we lost. She did not even fight for us she said the other people are lying so they wont win but they did win. Then she dropped us said we payed one hundred less then we did ,and then sent us... someone else financial statements which we still have to return to the state bar association. Do not hire this lawyer if you want your children. Also you could never get a hold of her at $175 an hour you deserve communication
