I am just coming off of a horrible divorce which has been a fight for months and months. I was very lucky to have been referred by a friend to Marybeth. She got into my case part of the way through things and was able to catch up quickly. She explained things my other lawyer never did and it helpe...d me really understand why things were taking so long. I just had no idea that a divorce can take over a year or even two when it is contested. I worked with Marybeth to get information exchanged with the other lawyer and then we started to have settlement discussions. I was finally able to be officially divorced within just a few weeks of involving her. I would recommend her to anyone who feels they are not getting the representation they deserve from another lawyer.

I hired Mary to help me with a fairly complex divorce/real estate issue. She went thru a huge stack of paperwork and other information I provided her. She is very thorough. She asked me numerous questions to make sure she fully understood my case. She filed all necessary paperwork with the courts... properly and on time. She spent a lot of time studying case law and past rulings in regard to my specific situation. In court she was professional. She did an excellent job of questioning myself and the plaintiff. She was aggressive when it was necessary. Unfortunately I was not successful in this particular matter, but I do not believe that had anything to do with the quality of my representation. If I ever needed help with a legal issue in the future I would call Mary.
