The best law firm I have found

The Wilson law firm has represented me twice for unemployment hearings. Both times she was very professional, encouraging, and was able to get a release of my unemployment benefits. Every time I called with a question the call was immediately answered. I always received a confirmation from them whe...n I had to fax or mail them items needed for my case. Her assistant, Pat, is an inspiring person who provided mental reassurance when things got too hard for me. If you are looking for a winning team who will get you the results you are looking for, then Wilson Law Group is the firm you need.

Highly Recommend Professional Lawyer! She is a WINNER!!!!

I was wrongfully terminated by my employer and my employer tried to fight my unemployment benefits. My previous employer behave in a way that was inappropriate and unlawful which my lawyer determined by me telling her the facts of the case. My lawyer used the facts I gave her to help me win my case.... My lawyer gave me very detailed step by step description of how my case was going to be handled on a telephone interview for about an hour. Within that hour she also prepared me as a witness, by telling me how I should shorten my responses, as I was long winded and how I needed to mention only the things that were relevant to my case. She advised me not to mention facts that were not favorable to me if I were to mention something that was not asked of me. She stressed how I should be honest at all times. She informed me how I came off as upset and disgruntle employee, and how I should respond so I did not come off that way. She made it clear to me that she could not determine the outcome of my case or insure that I would win. She did let me know that I had a strong case. I mentioned to her specific points I wanted to make, as she would be speaking on my behalf. She made all of the points I mentioned in a professional legal manner. She knew how to address the issues I had with my supervisor with the law and not making it look as if it was a personal issue. When my lawyer questioned my previous employer, my previous employer became very angry and hostile during the hearing. She was anger because my lawyer had her answer the questions that were going to prove the facts in my case. My previous employer knew my lawyer was experienced and it was evident that my lawyer was using the question to win my case. My previous employer even acted hostile and unprofessional during the questioning and refuses to answer a question. The adjudicator had to compel my previous employer to answer the questions asked by my lawyer, as my previous employer refused to answer questions. My lawyer knew the law that pertained to my case! I was very impressed listening to her try my case during the hearing. She did an amazing job! And to top it all off, she gave me honest great personal advice for my professional growth during my initial telephone interview. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I hope this review will enable you to help someone else, as you have helped me.

Professional and Caring

I found myself laid off from my job. If that was not distressing enough, my former employer initiated a hearing to dispute my unemployment benefits. As the sole provider for my family, this situation was extremely upsetting. I now had a court appeal on my hands as well, and not clear what to do. ... I received many envelopes in the mail from law firms willing to represent me. One brown envelope, in particular, stood out. I prayed for guidance, and called the Wilson Law Group. At the first phone call, I was put at ease. Ms. Pat Lane was reassuring, and said yes they could help me. Those words encouraged me, and I realized that yes, I had not done anything wrong. Pat Lane went over all the steps that were ahead of me. Because I had been so nervous about any court hearing, I had delayed contacting representation. And so Ms. Lane told me I needed a contingency. To my surprise, the Wilson Law Group went ahead on my behalf and filed it for me, before any financial exchanged ever occurred. That showed me they really cared, and that I could trust them. They were on my side. Monica Wilson is courteous and professional. She will work with your specific needs, and your particular case. Ms. Wilson and Ms. Lane are positive, thorough, and very patient. This isn't just a job for them, they are called to help everyday people who are not familiar with legal issues. In the end, my former employer withdrew their appeal. An answer to much prayer. But the ladies at the Wilson Group were also an answer as well. They are examples, that there are still a lot of good people........and good lawyers out there. Thank you, DB, Charlotte, NC

Monica is the expertise

I spoke with a couple of attorneys before I called this firm and instantly I felt these folks could help me. They were more than willing to talk with me about my case before talking about money. They were very knowledgeable and didn't rush to get me off the phone. My family and I are so indebted t...o this firm for all of their hard work to help get my benefits. They were very professional and concern about my case. They come highly recommended and you will pleased with the results.

DO NOT USE HER

This lawyer was too lazy to cc me on correspondence... very very rude... staff is rude also... if you want a real professional lawyer do not use her... their scanner is broke... wont scan and fax you one page documents... and wont cc you on important matters that pertain your case... I asked for a "c...ontinuation letter"... she said it went out on September... to this date, I still dont have it... And she never handled my case and would not give me a refund... this was the worst experience I had ever had... if you hire her as your attorney, please dont say you havent been warned!!!
