Ms. Wilson recently represented me in my telephone appeals hearing for my Unemployment Insurance Benefits that had been denied by the Adjudicator. I waited three months after I filed my appeal until I heard a response from the Appeals Commission that my case had been assigned to an Appeals referee an...d that my appeals hearing would be conducted via telephone. I only had three weeks to prepare for my hearing date from the time I received notification in the mail from the Commission.
