Monica Wilson was an angel when I was fired from Gentiva Home Health. Though my manager told me one reason for my firing, she documented misconduct. I was really concerned about my upcoming employment review. i knew that i was wrongfully terminated, but still wanted someone with sense of the law. During the employment rev...iew it was me against three different upper management. Two owners and the general manager who terminated me. Getting people who still work for the company to testify is impossible. Also one owner and the general manager lied under oath. This terrified me to believe that their lies would cause me to lose my unemployment. Mrs. Wilson made some very valid points during the hearing.
