I contacted Monica one week before my telephone appeals hearing. Given not much time she directed me and clearly expressed what I could expect to take place at the hearing. I had two witnesses. They were both comfortable with the questions she asked which helped them answer the referees questions wi...th ease. I had documented proof of the hostile work environment I worked under for 2 1/2 years. Also, had proof of termination due to age discrimination.
