Monica Wilson was an angel when I was fired from Gentiva Home Health. Though my manager told me one reason for my firing, she documented misconduct. Monica had no trouble proving i did nothing to be fired. She asked many questions and at first I thought she was against me. However, she wanted to be... sure I was honest and had documentation to back up my claims. She was thorough and successful in winning my appeal. Many thanks to Ms. Wilson, because her efforts enabled us to catch up on my mortgage and get my bills closer to normal. My family already lives with as little debt as possible. I was really concerned about my upcoming employment review. i knew that i was wrongfully terminated, but still wanted someone with sense of the law. Especially if you are up against people who have done several employment hearings. I can only tell you about my situation. During the employment rev...iew it was me against three different upper management. Two owners and the general manager who terminated me. Getting people who still work for the company to testify is impossible. Also one owner and the general manager lied under oath. This terrified me to believe that their lies would cause me to lose my unemployment. Mrs. Wilson made some very valid points during the hearing. She is very knowledgeable and not sure if i would have continued to receive unemployment if it wasn't for her!

Unfornately, I have used Ms. Wilson before and when you explain the facts to her and her staff, they can only use the facts and present them in such a manor that the deciding element can and will only view them as such. They're very helpful in explaining and making sure you understand your rights. Th...ey're very maticuleous and thorough in what they do. She explains every step of what can or will potentially happen. To my likings every time I had to use her services, the outcome was in my favor.
