Excellent Lawyer. Excellent Results

I contacted Mark Sherman's office for assistance with a traffic violation. Everyone at the firm was nice and very professional. In the initial call, they explained all my options and took the relevant information. With that, they took on my case and saw it through to completion. Everything was done o...n the timeline that they promised and the outcome was exactly what they had said it could be. Michael was the attorney from the firm that handled the court hearing and everything turned out as expected. They were able to reduce the penalty. I am completely satisfied with the experience and would use Michael and Mark Sherman again if the need were to arise. I recommend them without hesitation.

Very Diligent, Great Hire

Thanks to Michael, my charges (interfering with an officer) were dismissed under surprisingly lenient terms. I believe this was entirely due to Michael's diligence early in the process. There were a number of things he recommended I do prior to my first court appearance, things that certainly wouldn'...t have entered my mind otherwise, that portrayed favorably on my behalf. Because we took these steps ahead of time, I was really only given the bare minimum requirements to have my slate wiped clean. Things would have been much more difficult without Michael's guidance through this experience.

Mike Bivona is extremely sharp, intelligent, and diligent.

Mike's work on my behalf was absolutely top notch. His attention to detail, even keel demeanor, and perseverance RESULTED IN A BEST CASE SCENARIO OUTCOME in my case. I strongly recommend Mike Bivona and his associates.

Brilliant, Simply Brilliant

Michael is, by far, one of the best criminal defense attorneys I have ever worked with - and that says a lot when you need one in an unfortunate situation as I did! Michael clearly explained my options, was professional, yet kind and caring, and worked tirelessly for a result I never could have hope...d for. He is simply amazing as a person, a lawyer, and an advocate for his clients. I would highly recommend him, and rely 100% on his judgment. He is also clearly respected in the court by all who work there, judges, lawyers, and clerks alike. Simply the best.

Highly recommend this excellent attorney!

I highly recommend Michael Bivona and his firm, Mark Sherman Law, if you need an excellent attorney. I knew absolutely no one in Connecticut or surrounding area when I needed to hire an attorney for a family member. Fortunately for us, Michael's firm was recommended. When I met Michael, I knew my ...family member was in good hands. Michael was caring and compassionate from the beginning and never wavered in his professionalism, patience and persistence on our behalf. He was always quick to return phone calls or texts and took the time to answer all questions my family had. Michael and his firm including the owner of the firm, Mark Sherman, were constant advocates for us in court. Both are highly respected by all the officials in the court system and my family is 100% satisfied with the resolution Michael was instrumental in getting for us in the court.
