Great representation

Mike Bivona represented me twice in two criminal proceedings that occurred during the course of a very ugly divorce process. My ex wife first filed a bogus restraining order and then, months later, falsely accused me of physically assaulting her. In both proceedings, Mike represented with passion a...nd focus. He was able to expose my ex wife's motives, advocate for the truth and, in both cases, had the actions dismissed. The work Mike did for me ultimately factored into my divorce settlement and resulted in a great outcome for me and my children. Mike is compassionate, brilliant and thorough. I highly recommend him.

Strongly recommend

I am forever grateful to Attorney Michael Bivona for his dedication and all the hard work he put into getting my disorderly conduct case dismissed. Simply stated, he got the best possible result for my case, in a manner that was both expeditious and straightforward. I really should not need to say mo...re, but I will add that he was genuinely a pleasure to work with. Throughout his work, he demonstrated patience and understanding and was always careful to explain each step of the process to me as many times as needed. He was especially patient when discussing the details of the incident that resulted in my arrest. His responses were honest but always provided with a great degree of consideration for my feelings. And while he never made any promises as to the outcome of my case, his confident and reassuring demeanor allowed me to remain hopeful and optimistic. I was also reassured to see that he paid a great deal of attention to every detail in my case. For these reasons, I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending the legal services of Attorney Michael Bivona.

Hire this man!

I couldn't have been more greatful for the results he produced as well as the representation he provided. I was issued a fabricated TRO from my soon to be ex-wife and he was able to reduced the agreement to a very minimum. Had the order stood I was subjected to 5 yrs in prison as a felon for somethin...g as minute as send a wrong text message. He acted with urgency and always had time to pick up my calls. I highly recommend Michael if legal services are needed. He was straight forward and I was glad I had the pleasure of working with him under these circumstances.

Spectacular Representation

Michael handled my DUI and Domestic Violence cases and went above and beyond to get both matters resolved as expeditiously as possible. He was always extremely responsive and communicative. I am recommending him to everyone I know. He knew the law and was very effective at getting a very good result... in light of the challenging charges.
