Hired Lawyer

Mr.Bivona was an excellent lawyer. I found myself in a tricky situation recently with the state of Connecticut after paying a ticket. Michael worked great with me and cleared up all of my issues within a matter of weeks. From a situation that could have been very poor for years to come, Mr.Bivona han...dled it perfectly, making sure his argument was heard and accepted.

Professional, Thorough and Responsive

Excellent Lawyer. Excellent Results

I contacted Mark Sherman's office for assistance with a traffic violation. Everyone at the firm was nice and very professional. In the initial call, they explained all my options and took the relevant information. With that, they took on my case and saw it through to completion. Everything was done o...n the timeline that they promised and the outcome was exactly what they had said it could be. Michael was the attorney from the firm that handled the court hearing and everything turned out as expected. They were able to reduce the penalty. I am completely satisfied with the experience and would use Michael and Mark Sherman again if the need were to arise. I recommend them without hesitation.

Exceptional lawyer

Michael was an excellent lawyer. As the first lawyer I’ve needed, he met and exceeded my expectations. Michael was very detailed when understanding the situation (a traveling violation), researching our strategy, and outlining his approach and the process. Everything he outlined happened exactly how ...he described. In addition to me not having the mental stress of the whole process, he drastically reduced the penalty. He took the time clearly walk through all the paper work and next steps after the ruling to make sure I understood everything. I would hands down use Michael again if needed, and would recommend without hesitation.
