Dismissed from College

To say that this law firm is awesome, would be an understatement. I was expelled from my college for an alleged plagiarism issue, and I goggled about law firms that represented students in such cases and this law firm stood out. Mike was assigned to work on my case. I could not believe the passion an...d attention to detail that he brought to bear on my case. Mike was very responsive, knowledgeable and professional, returned all my calls, a very good listener, accommodating, and honest in his approach. Above all, he took his time to understand all aspects of the situation (very responsive even at weekends). Within a few days of Mike's engagement, I was reinstated back at my college to peruse my nursing program. I would definitely recommend him and his firm to my family and friends…

Exceptional Attorney

Mr. Bivona is an exceptional attorney. I'll start here: he was able to get my criminal charges dropped within eight weeks of them being brought against me. Having never been faced with anything more than a traffic ticket, I was terrified, confused, and had 0 expectations for what was going to happen.... So, to say that he helped me in a crises situation would be an understatement. Mr. Bivona is everything that one could hope for in an attorney. He is intelligent, experienced, well-versed in the operations of the court systems in which he practices, confident, connected, and calculated (in the right ways). He will not sugar-coat facts, but he will fight to the absolute best of his ability. He is proactive, thorough, and diligent. Everything that was done was to my benefit and with my best interest in mind. Mr. Bivona provides white glove service that is truly incomparable. He is timely, generous, and thoughtful in his communication. I, personally, felt that he went above and beyond what I could have asked for in terms of representation and an ally. Choosing an attorney is the most important and critical decision you have to make when faced with the fate of your future. I made the best decision possible in choosing Mr. Bivona, and I highly recommend him to anyone facing charges in the areas of law that he practices.

Excellent Attorney

Michael is an extremely knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated attorney. He knows the law, works hard for his clients, and is a great guide through the legal process. I highly recommend him.

Brilliant, Simply Brilliant

Michael is, by far, one of the best criminal defense attorneys I have ever worked with - and that says a lot when you need one in an unfortunate situation as I did! Michael clearly explained my options, was professional, yet kind and caring, and worked tirelessly for a result I never could have hope...d for. He is simply amazing as a person, a lawyer, and an advocate for his clients. I would highly recommend him, and rely 100% on his judgment.
