Exceptional Attorney

Mr. Bivona is an exceptional attorney. I'll start here: he was able to get my criminal charges dropped within eight weeks of them being brought against me. Having never been faced with anything more than a traffic ticket, I was terrified, confused, and had 0 expectations for what was going to happen.... So, to say that he helped me in a crises situation would be an understatement. Mr. Bivona is everything that one could hope for in an attorney. He is intelligent, experienced, well-versed in the operations of the court systems in which he practices, confident, connected, and calculated (in the right ways). He will not sugar-coat facts, but he will fight to the absolute best of his ability. He is proactive, thorough, and diligent. Everything that was done was to my benefit and with my best interest in mind. Mr. Bivona provides white glove service that is truly incomparable. He is timely, generous, and thoughtful in his communication. I, personally, felt that he went above and beyond what I could have asked for in terms of representation and an ally. Choosing an attorney is the most important and critical decision you have to make when faced with the fate of your future. I made the best decision possible in choosing Mr. Bivona, and I highly recommend him to anyone facing charges in the areas of law that he practices.

Hired Lawyer

Mr.Bivona was an excellent lawyer. I found myself in a tricky situation recently with the state of Connecticut after paying a ticket. Michael worked great with me and cleared up all of my issues within a matter of weeks. From a situation that could have been very poor for years to come, Mr.Bivona han...dled it perfectly, making sure his argument was heard and accepted.

Excellent Work

Att. Michael was very knowledgeable, thorough, cooperative and transparent from start to finish. He maintained an exceptional level of professionalism throughout the entirety of the case ( 24 months ). He communicates with clear intention, is keen to ensure that he provides the best service possible,... all in a timely manner. Most importantly, He was able to successfully get our criminal case dismissed. Thankful that we retained him as our lawyer. Would recommend and certainly hire him again.
