Excellent Work

Att. Michael was very knowledgeable, thorough, cooperative and transparent from start to finish. He maintained an exceptional level of professionalism throughout the entirety of the case ( 24 months ). He communicates with clear intention, is keen to ensure that he provides the best service possible,... all in a timely manner. Most importantly, He was able to successfully get our criminal case dismissed. Thankful that we retained him as our lawyer. Would recommend and certainly hire him again.

Facing serious charges

Attorney Bivona was recommended by a relative who works in the court system. After our initial conversation about my case I knew I had a smart, knowledgeable fighter on my side. I immediately began to feel better about my situation. When you're charged with a crime or violation it's extremely stress...ful, Attorney Bivona put me at ease. He was very professional, a clear communicator, all calls/emails/texts were answered or responded to quickly. Questions and scenarios were answered honestly and his fee was more than fair. He was smart, quick and very effective in the court house. I had the best possible outcome in my situation! I highly recommend Attorney Bivona!

Norwalk DUI

I had a DUI violation in which Attorney Bivona defended me. He showed thoroughness, compassion, patience, and perseverance to obtain a satisfactory outcome for me, his grateful client.

Very Diligent, Great Hire

Thanks to Michael, my charges (interfering with an officer) were dismissed under surprisingly lenient terms. I believe this was entirely due to Michael's diligence early in the process. There were a number of things he recommended I do prior to my first court appearance, things that certainly wouldn'...t have entered my mind otherwise, that portrayed favorably on my behalf. Because we took these steps ahead of time, I was really only given the bare minimum requirements to have my slate wiped clean. Things would have been much more difficult without Michael's guidance through this experience.

Excellent Attorney

Michael is an extremely knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated attorney. He knows the law, works hard for his clients, and is a great guide through the legal process. I highly recommend him.
