Extremely helpful through a long process!

Guided us through a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure that took a long time and had many obstacles including finding a notary and two witnesses during the pandemic lockdown. Very patient with lots of questions, and persevered through all obstacles to bring about desired result. Very happy with his effort...s and responsiveness.

THE BEST!!!

Michael came to my rescue when I was on the verge of losing everything. Of course, when one is at such a point, things are going badly all around, and everything just looks terrifyingly hopeless. Michael saved my sanity, got the situation stable, and stayed by my side throughout the entire process. ... He was responsive and caring, as well as obviously good at what he does!! Great lawyer

I found Mr. Aitken when I posted a question on this side regarding a custody matter. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions like I was family. I was so impressed that I hired him to handle my custody case, and it was the best decision I could have made! The mother of m...y kids has mental health issues, but her family has money and she was able to hire a top lawyer that has written books, maintains a blog on the Huffington Post and would bring a team of attorneys to the hearings, which was intimidating. Mr. Aitken answered all of my questions, gave me sound advice, was willing to work around my schedule (stayed late and met on the weekends) and kept me informed of all that was going on with my case. With Mr. Aitken's assistance I was able to get sole physical and legal custody and ensure that my children were not further subjected to the horrible conditions that they had with their mother. I would not have been able to do this on my own or with a lesser attorney. Mr. Aitken was always prepared, did not back down from the aggressive attorneys that we were facing and was professional at all times. If you are looking for an attorney, do yourself a favor and at least talk to Mr. Aitken, I am sure you will come to the same conclusion as me and hire this attorney.
