When I write a contract, I write it not only to make it protect you, but also in plain language so you and your customers, clients, or business partners can read and understand it. I charge a flat fee to draft or review contracts.

I work with all types of medical professions to deal with all the legal issues they face, including HIPAA compliance, licensing, insurance billing, ICD-10, Meaningful Use, credentialing, insurance or hospital contracts, and buying or selling a practice. I usually charge a flat monthly fee to act as general counsel for small offices, but I can also use a flat fee.

I help business owners with any legal issues that come up, including contracts/negotiations, debt collection, employee problems, corporate formation, and litigation. For my business clients I either charge a flat fee for a service, or a monthly fee for general compliance work.

I can help negotiate with insurance companies to overturn denied claims, or increase the amount they are willing to pay out. I use a contingent fee here, the percentange depending on the complexity and potential amount involved.
