After two years on this case, Mr. King could not even get the facts straight before the Appeals Court. He was disastrous on cross examination, failing to ask the witness more than a single question even after prompting by client. Poor advice, and minimal knowledge of the specific area of law. Althoug...h we offered more than the complainent asked in settlement two days after the event, the case was so badly mishandled that it has cost us more than 20 times the amount in question. Do not use this attorney under any circumstances.

Good knowledge of legal area. Responsive to court deadlines. Often hard to get hold of but that is because he is busy (often in court). This is a good thing - it means he is very experienced in court protocol. Best advice is schedule time with his secretary for even something as simple as a phone c...all.
