Right away when I met Marlo I knew that I could count on her to do her homework, and to work very hard. I had met with a different lawyer previously and got the brush off so didn't have high expectations, but Marlo helped me to zero in on the absolute facts and the law. I was pretty ignorant about ...law in general but Marlo was very competent. She works tirelessly and keeps in touch with you every step of the way. I had few questions, because she was very thorough. I'm pretty straight forward and cut to the chase too, so I liked her style. This is important to know about yourself because if you are the kind of person that needs to be babied and cajoled and petted throughout your experience you might not get this because she's all about getting to the important stuff and then doing the work. She's not your mother! She was very compassionate though it's just that she has a job to do and she is already connecting the dots while you are telling her your situation. I would use her again and would highly recommend her to anyone. If you have a case she'll figure it out and give you the right information. She is highly ethical, knows the law, and will work harder than most.
