Biography
I was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and reside in South Western Michigan. I obtained my Juris Doctorate in 2006 at Michigan State University College of Law. I attended Michigan State University undergraduate and obtained my Bachelor's in Business Administration/Management from Davenport University prior thereto. I have been practicing employment law since 2007. My firm has been in Kalamazoo, Michigan since 2009. I practice in all Michigan Circuit Courts including both Eastern and Western Districts of the 6th Circuit Federal Court and the Michigan Court of Appeals. I enjoy the great outdoors, the lakes, travel on the East Coast including the Ocean and the Blue Ridge/Appalachian Mountains. I take my beloved pets everywhere they are allowed so they can also enjoy the benefits of pet friendly activities and adventures.

Marlo is cold, impersonal, communicates only via email, and let the strong case I had just slip away. She was NEVER available. Her office plays "games", and you see her only when you take in money. Replied last February 24, 2018All of my clients are very valued. Goals/expectations of what can be accomplished in legal representation is outlined very clear at the beginning in my firm's fee agreement. When a client's goals/expectations change including scope of issues outside that representation, it can be difficult to meet those client expectations. It is important that a client meet with more than one attorney before legal representation to find the best fit for that client. Sometimes due to multiple legal issues, the client may need more than one attorney to accomplish those issues. I wish this past client well.
