I've had a lot of lawyers over the past 16 years my child needs. Never have I had one as compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable & informative as Ms. Rosario. Not only was she there for me every step of the way there were times I was beside myself on the verge of tears from & she talked/emaile...d with me until late at night if I needed. I can’t begin to state how happy I am with the Rosario Law Firm. After 6 years of court battles across several states, Lourdes P. Rosario, Esq. represented me in Onondaga Family Court for what was my THIRD case here for enforcement and modification of custody and visitation. Lourdes is professional, ...personal, attentive, knowledgeable, and was extremely communicative with me. Lourdes was always attentive to my wishes and took my input on how to proceed with the case and always took my information and personal insights into consideration as to how to conduct questioning of witnesses and handling of materials. I was represented by an attorney in 2013-2014 for an enforcement case who was not communicative at all, never seemed to know what he was doing, seemed lost in court and would shuffle papers for minutes on end and never questioned the witnesses about even half of the information or documents I provided him with. I represented myself in 2015-2016 and, while I had everything organized and subpoenaed documents myself, I was constantly getting shut down in the court room due to technicalities or the way I was asking questions. After 6 years of the biological mother completely alienating our daughters from me and violating every court order written the courts only continued to strip my rights from me because she refused to co-parent. Our daughters were suffering at the hands of their mother with all kinds of abuse and neglect. They were failing in school, the older was having suicidal ideations, even when I contacted CPS repeatedly about bruises the mother left on the kids, the children telling therapists about the awful things their mother had done to them, and repeated medical neglect for failing to seek medical treatment for ear infections, pink eye, and a dog attack, the mother even got her child abuse indication overturned. No matter how hard I tried, I could not make things better for the kids or have their mom abide by any rules, let alone be a good mother to our daughters. Lourdes was the lawyer I needed all along. I wish I had had her years ago. Lourdes got so many things admitted into evidence before the trial even started and it made things go so much smoother and finally had SO many violations “on the record” so they could not be “swept under the rug” come time for a judgement to be made and a new order to be written. Lourdes worked so many late nights on the phone with me going over documents and questions I wanted to propose and she listened to all my concerns and took them into advisement on how to proceed. Lourdes not only got the court to put the mother’s years’ worth of violations on the record, she got custody completely overturned, and while I was awarded SOLE Legal Custody and Primary Physical Custody of my daughters, their mother was only granted SUPERVISED Visitation and ordered to undergo Psychiatric Treatment. The mother is finally restricted from speaking to any care-giver of the children and only has access to written records so she can’t continue her alienating practices now that the kids have a new, safe, loving environment. Lourdes is now representing me in Support Court as well, so not only has my child support stopped, the mother is now going to be forced to get a job and pay something to support our daughters. Bottom Line: Lourdes will fight for you. She will listen to you and advise you on the best way to get the best outcome. Lourdes Rosario is an amazing attorney and I would recommend her to represent ANYONE I know.

I hired Lourdes to argue for a reduction in my child support obligation. Overall, she was great to work with. When I first met with her, I felt relieved because she seemed willing to fight on my behalf. Where other attorneys basically told me there was nothing that could be done, Lourdes expressed a ...determination to improve the child support obligation to my betterment. In the end, we were successful. The only criticism I would offer is that certain grounds we had planned to use to support our argument were quickly dismissed by the court as not significant. To a certain extent, I suppose it is not possible to predict how receptive a court will be with certain arguments but I was surprised that what we thought was the nuclear option was deemed insignificant by the court. Overall, I was happy with the outcome and the services rendered by Lourdes. I would not hesitate to hire her in the future or recommend her to a friend.

I was burned horribly by a Syracuse Lawyer in the past. I live in CA and I needed defense against my EX Wife who has been attempting to nail me to a cross for years.
