Spent $250 for fifteen minutes of this lady's time. The receptionist sang her praises and said I would love her and she would fight for me - wrong. She essentially said my case wasn't great, which is whatever. But at the end of the short consult when she could tell I was no longer interested in her s...ervices, she tried to backtrack and contradicted herself. Save time and go somewhere that will give you realistic hope and not just realistic with no side of hope.

I hired Lourdes to argue for a reduction in my child support obligation. Overall, she was great to work with. When I first met with her, I felt relieved because she seemed willing to fight on my behalf. Where other attorneys basically told me there was nothing that could be done, Lourdes expressed a ...determination to improve the child support obligation to my betterment. In the end, we were successful. The only criticism I would offer is that certain grounds we had planned to use to support our argument were quickly dismissed by the court as not significant. To a certain extent, I suppose it is not possible to predict how receptive a court will be with certain arguments but I was surprised that what we thought was the nuclear option was deemed insignificant by the court. Overall, I was happy with the outcome and the services rendered by Lourdes. I would not hesitate to hire her in the future or recommend her to a friend.
