Lourdes is simply the very best. Honest, straight forward and really cared about my case. When my world was falling apart she was there to help me and my 2 girls put it all back together. My ex had some issues that needed to be corrected before we could move ahead. Lourdes was patience and drove home... that this was a process and we were going to get it right. I can’t begin to state how happy I am with the Rosario Law Firm. After 6 years of court battles across several states, Lourdes P. Rosario, Esq. represented me in Onondaga Family Court for what was my THIRD case here for enforcement and modification of custody and visitation. Lourdes is professional, ...personal, attentive, knowledgeable, and was extremely communicative with me. They were failing in school, the older was having suicidal ideations, even when I contacted CPS repeatedly about bruises the mother left on the kids, the children telling therapists about the awful things their mother had done to them, and repeated medical neglect for failing to seek medical treatment for ear infections, pink eye, and a dog attack, the mother even got her child abuse indication overturned. No matter how hard I tried, I could not make things better for the kids or have their mom abide by any rules, let alone be a good mother to our daughters. Lourdes was the lawyer I needed all along. I wish I had had her years ago. Lourdes got so many things admitted into evidence before the trial even started and it made things go so much smoother and finally had SO many violations “on the record” so they could not be “swept under the rug” come time for a judgement to be made and a new order to be written. Lourdes worked so many late nights on the phone with me going over documents and questions I wanted to propose and she listened to all my concerns and took them into advisement on how to proceed. Lourdes not only got the court to put the mother’s years’ worth of violations on the record, she got custody completely overturned, and while I was awarded SOLE Legal Custody and Primary Physical Custody of my daughters, their mother was only granted SUPERVISED Visitation and ordered to undergo Psychiatric Treatment. The mother is finally restricted from speaking to any care-giver of the children and only has access to written records so she can’t continue her alienating practices now that the kids have a new, safe, loving environment. Lourdes is now representing me in Support Court as well, so not only has my child support stopped, the mother is now going to be forced to get a job and pay something to support our daughters. Bottom Line: Lourdes will fight for you. She will listen to you and advise you on the best way to get the best outcome. Lourdes Rosario is an amazing attorney and I would recommend her to represent ANYONE I know.
