Employment law is a matter most employees hold the least knowledge of. Many employees who carry characteristics similar to myself end up with the misfortune of being forced to become employment law experts regardless of our true professions, because workplace discrimination exists and seeks only to t...ake our profession, our good name, and our peace. This year of 2024, I was forced to advocate for myself, being no expert in employment law. I made the greatest cry out that I could to find an expert advocate. My name is Yordanos Sium and I was terminated by the D. C. government. I would like to offer my comments on a terrific Lawyer, Louise Ryder, who was my attorney and represented me before the D. C.
