I had a very disappointing experience with Spiggle Law Firm. I retained the firm for legal representation, but I personally felt that the fees charged were disproportionate to the amount of substantive work performed on my case. In my situation, I was billed approximately $11,000 primarily for wha...t I believed to be a relatively basic complaint letter and related communications. After later consulting with multiple other attorneys, I was told that the same type of work would typically cost significantly less at many other firms. I also felt that I was billed extensively for internal communications and lengthy emails that, in my opinion, were unnecessary and did not meaningfully advance my case. At times, it seemed like routine correspondence generated substantial additional charges, which became very concerning to me as a client. Due to these concerns, I decided to terminate the representation before the matter was completed and retained different counsel.
