Most cases have weaknesses and our job is to protect our clients’ interests while also being realistic and making sure to identify issues within each case. That requires frank conversations and sometimes things clients don’t want to hear or refuse to accept. When clients request it, we'll make sure the case is reviewed carefully and a full explanation is provided as to all legal strategy recommendations provided to a client. Our firm works in teams, which means the average years of experience being applied to any client's case, strategy and work is over 10 years.
