I had a student loan with JP Morgan who later sold it to NCSLT. I paid faithfully for 5 years. Then they demanded an increase in my payments. Eventually I defaulted. In Jan 2018 I was served papers that NCSLT was suing me. Thankfully I’ve never had need for an attorney.
