As a seasoned real estate broker I have dealt with Lance Gill for many years and sent him most of my my real estate closings; he follows through and is knowledgeable. However, when I retained him to handle my divorce he quoted an upfront flat fee and bailed out when the going got tough. Prior to ac...cepting me as a divorce client he had all the legal documents to review and he personally knew how my spouse's attorney operates, so he fully knew the game before offering his services. Once the opposing attorney started taking up his time he chose to withdraw from the case, and left me with a Motion to Withdraw - available on public record for all to see - whose language implies that I was the problem. I asked him to re-write it to state the real problems as reflecting his current health issues and frustration in dealing with the opposing attorney, which he had repeatedly stated in emails to me, but he refused. He did refund my fees. I would recommend him for procedural matters, but not as a fighter who plans to win, as he gave up as soon as the heat of battle commenced.
